Taylor Swift claims her ninth top 10 on Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks as “Wildest Dreams” starts its chart run at No. 3 on the survey dated Aug. 22. The track’s huge bow owes to a Swift tweet announcing “Dreams” as the fifth single from her current album,

Return of the Mack(lemore): Another hitmaking act reappears this week as Macklemore & Ryan Lewis debut at No. 30 with “Growing Up (Sloane’s Song),” featuring Ed Sheeran. The Seattle-based duo unexpectedly released the ode (the “Sloane” in the title is also the name of Macklemore’s newborn daughter) as a free download on Aug. 5, and the official audio on Soundcloud has registered more than 1.4 million plays. The surprise cut boosts Macklemore’s social media profile, with the rapper’s Twitter mentions jumping to 54,000 for the week, up a massive 1,600 percent.

Happy Anniversary, Ed Sheeran: “Growing Up” isn’t Sheeran’s only notable title on this week Top Tracks chart, as the artist\'s “Thinking Out Loud” collects a 52nd non-consecutive week on the survey -- the first song to reach the one-year milestone (the chart launched in July of 2014). The hit single debuted at No. 47 on the chart dated July 5, 2014 and logged five weeks in its initial run. “Loud” re-entered on the survey Oct. 4, 2014 and has remained on the chart for 47 straight weeks. Its enduring popularity has helped the song become Sheeran’s highest charting single on the Billboard Hot 100, where it captured eight straight frames at No. 2 earlier this year.
