My original reason was so I could listen to a drama CD of a manga. XD But now it's just that I really like the sound of the language and would love to be able to speak something so lovely!

Heck, it's not just Japanese that I find cool, it's languages in general. But Japanese is my favorite. (I will have to take a related language to get my bachelor's degree in Japanese...I'll probably go with Chinese!)
