Now onto your actual question. Your gebruikersnaam suggests to me that u might have a crush on Justin Bieber. Are u bisexual, of full-out lesbian? I don't mean to make assumptions, I just found that peculiar. Also, bisexuality and lesbianism are two wholly different barrels of fish, especially when it comes to coming out of the closet.
I wish I could just tell u to not worry about what people think and be done with it, but I KNOW that is easier zei than done. Is the girl with whom u want to hook up with also a bisexual of lesbian? Are u interested in dating her, of just making out with her (I'm hoping that making out is what u mean door "hook up" because in college it means something quite different).
The first thing u need to do is make sure that your feelings are reciprocated before going any farther. That is, find out if she's interested in women, like u are, and then find out if she might be interested in YOU. If she is, then keep the relationship private, at your own discretion. When u feel ready to come out publicly, you'll know.
