Season 4 is pretty anti BL and Pro LP I think...

^ Yep! Especially considering the spiteful side of Brooke that we saw that season, I'd be surprised if anyone would actually root for her and Lucas if that's the first impression of them that they saw.

I remember watching season 4 {first time i actually saw lp as a couple, bc i didn't start with season 1} & I didn't care for both tbh. I wasn't in this fandom & I didn't know about fanpop, I was just watching OTH & I was so shocked because Brucas completely lost that spark for me & never got it back IMO. That special thing they had in their eyes & how they acted towards each other, all the things that I loved so much back in season 2 & 3, were all gone now.
So it definitly is BL' worst season, but I didn't like Leyton as well, I don't know why I felt that way, but I always felt like Peyton had that plan in her mind {example: 4x01 ripping brooke out of the picture} & like I said I didn't knew that there were any BL vs LP fights going on , I was completely new to these shows, but I never brought it for them...
I remember falling for Naley BIG TIME through, best season for them.

Leyton was soooooo cheesy in season 4! Ick.

It's so hard to answer this because I think season 4 was BY FAR Leyton's worst season. It's hard for me to understand why anyone would like them that season. If I had started watching that season I probably wouldn't have shipped either couple. BUT I know a lot of people loooove season 4 for Leyton. And there are a bunch of Leyton fans that say season 4 was their favorite Leyton season.

I doubt anyone would start shipping Brucas if they only started watching season 4... its possible because you do see Lucas fighting for Brooke and you see Brooke's emotional vulnerable lonely side when she has private moments, but to start "shipping" them would probably be unlikely if you only saw season 4.

So probably Leyton or None.
