I really liked how it wasn't revealed until the end that it was a flashforward, not a flashback. And poor Hurley...always wanting to help but being rejected. Hooray for showing them all!

It was really heart warming when jack told kate he loved her.

Yes, best one yet. 3 years in the making and when finally see where Russo recorded that message. She and her daughter reunited and as an added bonus we get to see Ben beat to a bloody pulp once more. They knew what we wanted and the delivered it. After a long and drawn out season of "where are they going with this?" they finally delivered a teriffic episode. This episode like all the other finales has created more questions and delivered fewer answers. Some see this as a bad thing. But as someone who is very particular about what he watches and what he spends his time doing I want them keep it interesting and leave some things for the next year.

I am still unable to answer this.... the flashforward really threw me. I need to work out whether I didn't like the idea of the flash forward, or whether I don't like the idea of an 8 month wait!

If they have gone off the island, and that was completely real, then the going back to the island needs to be very, very justified

Just to add I really like the way they subverted the whole 'will they get off the island' into 'why the frick would they wanna go back' poses soooooo many more questions, just hope they can live up to it, I guess they have got 8 months to plan it all, sob sob!

I think it was my favorite episode of the whole series!

It was good, but not nearly as good as the other season finales. It doesn't rank as one of my favorite episodes, but it's definitely not one of the worst, either. I guess the moving the island scene kind of ruined it for me.
