I didn't think season 3 was perfect but at the same time I don't think the worst parts were either of the two you suggested. I was probably in the minority but I didn't actually care about Nikki & Paolo. I thought it was actually interesting. Hmmm i will have to think of what the worst part was.

It's not that I didn't care about them, the episode just seemed so random

The episode was kind of point less and they weren't involved enough with the story that I actually cared about them.

Yeah, I felt so bad for Sawyer. I couldn't stand Pickett- I was so happy when Juliet killed him.

These two were as interesting as watching paint dry.

I was tempted to run on the set and help bury them quicker.

It really made me feel sick. And I probably cried my face off.
I do actually hate violence when its.. err, humanlike. Like one guy beating another. Not a fight, but like someone getting really beat up. When they can't really defence themselves. Watching even Veronica Mars (especially episode 1.06), wich is a quite non-violent program, can just disgust me. But that was just the child-abuse things.. Err, I'm rambling a bit.

My point is, that Nikki and Paolo were absolutley dead boring (even though Rodrigo Santoro is tooootally hot), but watching someone getting beat up totally sucks.

Jack, Kate, Sawyer In The Cages And Whatever Was Very, Very Long And Slow... The Begining Of Season 3- The Fisrt 9 Episodes Were Just OK. After That, After They Had The End Date It Was A Roller Coster Ride Till We Found Out Locke Was In The Coffin!
