Feeling the summer sunshine beaming down onto your skin. They\'re all pretty good parts of the human existence, but they\'ve got nothing on Luke Hemmings\' lip ring - especially when he does that bitey thing with it. 

We\'ve always relied on Hemmo\'s lip ring to give life new meaning, but this week the 5SOS fandom has been sent into DISARRAY, CHAOS and TURMOIL by his shock revelation that it may be a thing of the past. 

Luke\'s lip ring is as much a part of 5SOS as Michael\'s rainbow hair, Ashton\'s Rapunzel curl and Calum\'s fierce eyebrows, so fans have been wondering where the bloody hell it\'s disappeared to recently.

He\'s been spotted looking lip ring-less on multiple occasions now, and after being hounded by the 5SOS fam to explain it\'s unexpected disappearance, Luke\'s revealed that he may have moved on from the piercing days.

While updating fans on the SLFL goings on from Camp 5SOS, Luke casually added the life changing news: "My lip ring fell out when I was drunk and I couldn\'t be bothered to get it re-done, sorry".

Please excuse us for a second. We\'ll be lying down and reflecting on a future without the glint of Luke Hemmings\' lip ring. We\'re fairly sure that, for every day he\'s too lazy to get it re-pierced, a fairy dies.

Honestly, we\'re not sure we\'re going to cope with this development.
