She had left.
She is long gone; away from everything that connects her to this cruel world, dead, buried underneath the blue, glittering waves of the ocean. Shattered into small pieces, flew away from her body, leaving deep wounds in the hart-, hart of everyone who had loved her. He would never cry enough tears to erase her memory; no tears were enough to express that endless sea of grief and sorrow he sank gradually in. He would never stand enough hours in front of her grave to grasp the concept that she won't tap his shoulder and wake him up from a horrible dream. She is... Dead.
He looked around him. He searched for her. Where's that face? That angelic face. The face he could never love anything like he loved looking at it, those soft, delicate features, holding a sea of endless passion, powerful, beautiful, overwhelming emotions, brought all meaning of innocence, clarity, and pureness. Nothing would ever be as honest as that beautiful woman was. He listened carefully and prayed to hear her voice, but nothing was brought to his hearing but the whiny sound of the wind. Where's that voice? That beautiful voice, the most beautiful thing he had ever heard. Like soft whispers, like smooth sighs, the voice that he would never be delighted to hear anything like he used to be when he had been able to hear it once, when the wind didn't just bring its unlikeable voice.
He had never imagined that such pain exists. That the pain of losing the only creature he had ever truly loved would be very much intolerable. He could never imagine himself away from her grave; he could never endure living without her. Life after her, life after her smiles was not a choice; there was no life after her. There was nothing after her but blankness, emptiness …. Loneliness.
He sat there, and decided to die there. No slight intention was inside him to verplaats on. No amount of wanting to verplaats on. His life ended with hers. As soon as she exhaled for the last time, as soon as her hart-, hart beat for the final time, as soon as her soul left her body lifeless, he, too, died along with her. Every lack of feeling, every lack of emotion, every lack of dreaming, was throbbing pain in his body and soul. He did not twist with it, nor did he cry it out. But he turned to one lifeless stone. Frozen beside her grave, with his eyes deep in pain and sorrow, his body, his soul, his heart, all drowning in painful, endless agony.
