How do u get pictures from videos on youtube?

u mean like screen shots of the actual pictures in videos?
For screen shots I know with a Windows computer u can press printscreen on the keyboard and then paste it into like a paint program of something... but if u mean the actual picture, u can't unless u take a screen shot of ask the user who made the video for the picture
