Sometimes my family picks on me for loving Michael and for writing stories about him all of the time. Then I get embarrassed. Is it wrong for me to feel like that? Does it mean that I'm not really a fan?

I think most of us who care for Michael have experienced this from time to time. I know it has happened to me. They are probably just teasing you, they know door picking on Michael that u get upset. I would try, I know it's not easy, to just ignore them. If they continue to harass you, just tell them that millions of people around the world care about Michael as u do.

Just because u feel embarresed door your family, that doesn't mean you're not a fan. If anything it makes u a bigger fan. All of us here have had times when people tease us because of our love for Michael. Anyway, for now (as hard as it is) try ignoring them. If that doesn't work then stand up for yourself, but try not to be too agressive about it. It's not right for people to pick on u just because u love someone; especially your family.

Don't worry. my family picks with me only because they know that I'm very into MJ and that they just want to use an exuse for themselves because they can't think of anyone else. if I were you, I would say so what if I'm so into him, he's a legend and there are millions of people who admire him as much as I do.:)

Don't worry about it your not the only one. I get teased because of my dreams I have been having about Michael Jackson,The Beatles,Mick Jagger,ect. But I really do hate to say this but it is better then having your family pick on u then rather friends,teachers,whatever.

its ok girl, people pick on me for loveing michael 2, but just cause u love michael that way doesnt mean anything. if u love him then u love him, theres nothin anybody can do about!!!!
