Miley Cyrus stepped out onto the red carpet this past weekend for the first time in awhile. The celeb had been laying low and touring all jaar but it wasn't until paparazzi snapped foto's of the young ster in her gorgeous japon, jurk when people started wondering about her larger than usual cleavage.
