Does anyone know how many times during the entire series Mulder and Scully actually call each other "Fox" and "Dana"?

Scully calls mulder - vos, fox once i think then he tells her he doesnt like to be called vos, fox

not sure how many times mulder calls scully dana lol

I just rewatched the whole series and decided to note all the Dana's as I went so this should be a complete list
Beyond the Sea - Calls her Dana times as he's consoling her on her fathers death
Lazarus - Calls her Dana 2 times
Wetwired - Calls her Dana when telling her mother she's gone missing
The Field Where I Died - Calls her Dana after his hypnotic regression when he realizes they've been vrienden in past lives
Bad Blood - Calls her Dana mockingly to continue her story
The End - Mulder introduces them to Gibson as vos, fox and Dana
Dreamland I - Morris, as Mulder, calls her Dana 3 times
Trust No 1 - Mulder calls her Dana twice in his letter. Once in the subject line "Dearest Dana" and the other in the message body when he tells her how lonely he is.
The Truth - He calls her Dana twice when he's in the military prison cell and sees her for the first time. He also calls Skinner "Walter" in the scene which is pretty unusual.

I'll post as I find more. On a side note, both Scully and Skinner call Mulder vos, fox in Tooms. And from what I can tell, not only was it a lie that he even makes his mother call him Mulder, but he pretty much lets EVERYONE other than Scully call him Fox. From CSM, Skinner, Doggett, and every person he knew from his past of had a love interest in.
