"Here we are, dearest." Discord says softly as he carries Pinkie Pie towards the door to their hotel room. Mr. and Mrs. Cake had chipped in almost all of their bits to pay for our honeymoon after the wedding.
"No, no. I couldn't, Mr. and Mrs. Cake. You're too kind. My mom and dad already offered to pay for the wedding and now u want to pay for Dizzy's and my honeymoon?"
Mrs. Cake shook her head, her swirly ice cream-styled roze mane moving with it. She looked at Mr. Cake who had a shocked expression on his face. It seemed he really wanted to give me this opportunity.
"Pinkie Pie," My boss, Mr. Cake began. "We insist. My wife and I want u to have the best honeymoon u can dream of since Cup and I had an average honeymoon. You're like a daughter to us."
I was touched. I didn't know Mr. and Mrs. Cake loved me so much. They rented me a room in Sugarcube Corner a little over a jaar ago, they were so kind enough to give it to me.
But I couldn't say no; they were technically my parents door law but the Cakes were really convincing. So I said,
"Okie dokie lokie!"
The reception was exhilarating. Pinkie was sure everyone was having a great time dancing, singing to karaoke and eating cupcakes!
The roze party pony hadn't hired a caterer for her wedding. To everyone there, she practically was the caterer. She did a great job with frosting the cupcakes, creating a huge wedding cake for her and Discord and also providing the delicious pastries for dessert.

"Ooh! This is so super-duper exciting!" Pinkie exclaims before they enter the chamber.
The wooden door dissolves into thin air thanks to Discord's powers. Pinkie Pie and her husband gape at the sight of the room. It's decorated with hearts and has a wonderfully-made king's bed. Perfect for the happy couple.
"Oh my goodness! Our very own honeymoon suite! I love it!"
Pinkie Pie jumps out of Discord's arms and onto the cozy bed. She bounces up and down while her signature bright smile forms on her face.
"This! Is! So! Fun! Dizzy!" Pinkie Pie shouts as she jumps on the bed like a filly.
Watching Pinkie enjoy the trampoline, Discord thinks about how his childhood was never full of cheer. His mother and father died right after he was born because of the Princesses' parents.
Discord sighs and sits on the red and roze tile floor, feeling Pinkie hopping all over and giggling to her heart's content.
"Hey, what's wrong?" she asks, her voice sweet as sugar.
"I'm just worried about you, my dear."
Pinkie Pie stares at Discord in confusion. Was he talking about the interruption they had at the wedding from Princess Celestia? That Pinkie would be hurt and Discord wouldn't be able to protect her? She knew that couldn't be true. Discord would always be there now that they were married to each other.
Pinkie Pie rolls her sky blue eyes playfully. Discord has nothing to worry about. At least, that's what she thinks. As long as he's door her side, that will be true.
"Dizzy!" Pinkie shouts as she wraps her forearms around Discord's torso.
"We're like balloons! Always blown up with air and then giving birth to chicks!"

"Thanks!" Pinkie's smile fills Discord with glee. He loves his bright and bubbly wife and wants to make her happy.
