Naruto The most underrated/overrated characters/jutsus in Naruto

HEy guys have you ever noticed that Kishimoto is not very logical in ranking his chracters/jutsus I mean some jutsus are not really strong but as we saw in the series other characters were really impressed(because Kishimoto think so) while some other jutsus are supposed to be the strongest are usually missed on most of the lists of most powerful jutsus made by fans.the same with characters.So what/who do you think are the most underrated/overrated characters/jutsus in Naruto?I would like to know your idea about this.

Yeah agree RAsenshuriken is powerful but not that good,since Naruto needs too much time to form it.

Kakuzu and Hidan were the weakest in Akatsuki.

thats a very good list sure we cant be 100 percent correct even Kishimoto himself cant mine is not 100% as well I only hope its at least 70%

Deidara is extremely underappreciated and also underrated. Uchihas are the most overrated characters.
