When we see Belle coaching Dreamy about love in episode 14, was that after her encounter with Rumple? So did she have Rumple on her mind when she was talking about love?

Yeah, u can tell it is after she left Rumplestiltskin because she is wearing the same dress. Also it is highly unlikely that they would have her talking about another love interest when we just saw her with Rumplestiltskin.
