How do u think Regina become 'evil' and 'powerful??'

I think that evil is a choice...she lost Daniel and couldn't bring herself to blame her mother, so she blamed a little girl and became so completely submerged in revenge that she lost herself and created the Evil Queen. She chose that path. As for power...well, her mother had magic, so maybe it was passed down.

Because she lost love.

She turned so evil because she didn't have anyone to shar her pain with her she wasn't even aloud to grieve for him, because as far as anyone know there wasn't a guy that she loved and lost she had to bury him alone, and Mary the man he was killed for and live with the friend/daughter who told her secret and was a factor in way the love of her life died, combin that with her mother having evil powers,and there u go she became the evil queen. I'm not defading what she did she did so many horrible things to inccoent people like Daniel, but I understand it
