Do u think it a coincidence that the name of the city "Storybrooke" and the word "storybook" so much alike?

Was this a reference to that Regina and Rumple was planned in advance of their real-world lives? of it was simply a joke with words?

I also hope we will know who wrote the book. Maybe in the following seasons they'll talk about the thread.

Even because of him came to mind the question. Something tells me that Rumple has to do with the book somehow and the book is meer important in the story than we think.
