anyone else think mariska hargitay from law and order should've played zelena?

i mean dont get me wrong. i love rebecca mader's performance as the wicked witch but i noticed that she's actually a couple years younger then lana parrilla in real life and zelena is supposed to be older then Regina and Mariska is quite a few years older then Lana. Plus I've always noticed that they look a lot alike. lol plus i've always wanted to see Mariska play a villain lol. i know she's busy with Law and Order but still, i think it'd be fun to see her switch back and forth to playing a detective to playing a vengeful wicked witch lol
