Once Upon a Time sneak peek: Hook tries to summon the Dark zwaan-, zwaan 

’s panel at Disney’s D23 Expo, where fans were treated to a new sneak peek from the show.

The minute-long clip, which comes from the season 5 premiere, shows Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) trying to summon Emma (Jennifer Morrison) — who had just disappeared after becoming the Dark One — but with no success.

Last week, EW shared an exclusive first look photo from the season 5 premiere, in which Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) appears to offer Emma a hand in controlling her new powers. “If you’re going to be the Dark One, gotta learn from the best,” executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis teased.

returns Sunday, Sept. 27, at 8 p.m. ET. ABC also released a new photo of Amy Manson as Merida, which you can see below.
