I remember visiting this website once...
It was called ‘Once Upon a Time’: Greg Germann Cast in Season 5 as the Devil? | TVLine
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
has cast one helluva role for the second half of Season 5.
) has landed the heavily recurring role of what is for now being dubbed “The Distinguished Gentleman,” TVLine has learned exclusively.
ABC would confirm no further details on the character or his storyline, but the casting call described him as “a mysterious figure with god-like powers who is always clad in a perfectly tailored suit,” someone who can “strike fear into people just by being friendly” and “the last person you ever want to share a drink with.”
co-creator Eddy Kitsis summed up Season 5B as “hell,” spurring speculation that our heroes next will brave the Underworld and perhaps clash with Hades himself. Subsequent casting calls cited by Matt’s Inside Line — though not confirmed — suggest we will meet Hercules and Megara at some point this spring.
Germann will make his debut in this season’s 12th episode aka the series’ 100th, which will launch the second half of the season sometime in March.

1,000 high fives for the lovely Ally McNeal reference.
Of course, that should’ve been Ally McBEAL, but you know… autocorrect.
Same here. And he didn’t really seem like he could strike fear into someone.
If it’s one thing this show needs, it’s more characters.
I can see him being Hades. (Similar to James Woods in Hercules) Since the show is heading in that direction it would make some sense. Hercules is a Disney property that has not been used in the show yet.
I like this casting. I think he could play a great villain.
Since the both film in Vancouver maybe he can also guest on Supergirl for an Ally McBeal reunion.
My mistake. I guess that is the difference between being on CBS and the CW with all the other DC shows.
This is a great casting and he has to be Hades!!! I’m really excited for this storyline and getting more of Greek mythology.
Looks like he maybe Hades, god of the underworld that may bring back Peter Pan & Cora (dead parents) to Rumple & Evil Queen (and Wicked Witch). I wonder how they’ll handle it (LOL).
He’s an ok choice, but I was really hoping for Paul Gross, who played Daryl Van Horne in the failed Eastwick series.
