That's a tough question,I was thinking that u would have to take into considering of female family members and nathan and haley's close group of friends, because with James Lucas they took haley's last name and then placed it with the name of nathan's brother who happen to be both of their best friend.If he was in fact a girl i would say on the basis of how he was named before Jane as the first name because it's close to james and Quinn for the middle name as its the name of haley's best sister.
however i would like him to be Brooke Elizabeth because then u have both of their best girl friends. Brooke after Brooke Penelope Davis and Elizabeth after Peyton Elizabeth Sawyer. :)
