At first I misread the question and thought you meant who is happier with Lucas and was like "repeat" but then I realized what you meant :)
Hmmm... this one's a tough call. With Brooke he was so happy and he wasn't in constant drama, but Peyton is the one he has always been in love with and chose over all the other girls, so I have to pick her- because she's the one he pines for.

This isn't about what couple we ship. We see how leyton are when they're together. They don't fight. I think they've had a grand total of 1 fight - and it lasted like a second - and it was one sided (415). There's no jealousy; no insecurities...it's just two souls meld together; they're just happy. They're not perfect. but they enjoy each other's imperfections. I'm not saying it's the most realistic relationship, cause it's rare that couples are that perfect together. but that isn't what the question is asking, so...

i think that Peyton not only makes him happy but she is the one person that relaxes him,she takes away his problems in some way..thats why i think that whenever he has a problem he talks about it with her..either as a friend or a girlfriend!!she the only one that Luke opened up and told her everything!!they are right for each other coz there are no problems with them,no fights,no tears(when they are together) just smiles and happiness!!well thats my opinion!!

i dunno its hard to say he is equally happy it was at two different times in his life when he was with brooke he was upset about keith and when he was with peyton he had all the dan drama he is happy with both of them in different ways

season 3,4 & 5 peyton pretty much keep messing up thingz with brucas and then lucas and lindsey

I think Lucas is happier with Peyton for one reason. He can be himself with her, talk about his interests, problems & worries. With Brooke there were many fights, insecurities and although she brought out his 'fun' side of his character he can never be himself.
