they are both pretty sucky . . but James is not good, he is hot though lol

I think that both are pretty amazing actors. All actors/actresses of the oth cast are great.

neither of them are terrible but they're not the best i just think that chad has gotten worse since season 1 and james has gotten better!!

Personally, I don't think James is as bad an actor as people make him out to be, he has had some amazing scenes over the course of the show.
I think Chad is worse because he really hasn't made me care about Lucas, in fact he is probably my least favourite character on the show. I highly doubt thats entirely down to his poor acting, but it definitely influenced it.

all the girls can act .. theyve way taken over - there standerd is way high .. i dont expect a lot from the guys anymore - there only on the show for there looks! really .. there both extremely HOT but there acting is terrible!

imo Chad is pretty bad actor. None of his scenes convince me, he doesn't portray Luke very well and when he pretends to cry it makes me crack up because it is so bad

Eh... they're both considerably crappy

chad's peak was season 1 & 5. He was ok in 2, tolerable in 3, crappy in 4, and came back strong in s5. He's solid enough this season. James was tolerable in s2 & 3, but crappy in the rest. I don't understand how James is winning. Chad at least has had solid seasons with the exception of season 4. James has always been weak with good moments in between. but whatever, to each her own.

He's pretty, but he's still pretty flat at times. Please don't kill me for saying so, lol.

James ROCKED season 3,4, & 5 before that it was Chad but now he sucks HAHA!

DEF!! Chad's acting SUCKS. I mean...it kinda of used to be Ok but now it SUCKS...especially during the dramatic scenes.

haha joking, but i don't like his fighting scenes. with brucas and leyton, he usually just stands there and says nothing. while the girls acting is so amazing.

and when chad crys [eg. 3x19] i wanted to laugh, whereas, when james cries, i cry. :(

Well, actually I don't like either of them as an actors... Firstly, Chad plays all epis with the same face even when he's upset or extremely happy - the same face (sometimes smile), and what about James... He's a great besketball player and at 1 and 2 seasons he was good... to be honest, both of them are very cute but as an actors... I don't like them...
