I was so glad that Brooke and Dan finally interacted, he was connected to every one of the three girls in that episode.

omg i hated about everyone except brooke cuz she wasnt that different. but omg my peyton hate was on high that epi. they made her act like a dumb blonde, her stupidity in that epi was too much to handel, thank gosh shes not stupid in fictional reality. hat epi was omg terrible, i gotta stop thinking about it lol.

I didn't like that episode so I can't possibly pick a fave. LMAO. But I agree with livexthexlife92. I hated Peyton during that episode! I didn't like her whole storyline.

I actaully like Dan. He was a bastard. lol

Brooke is smart..not in the intellectual, academic kind of way like Haley, but hey, Peyton is not smart-ish either (if your basis of 'smart' is the school grades or how many books one reads). Haley is the nerd rock star, Brooke is the glamorous pretty girl and Peyton is the tortured artist. I think being 'smart' is exclusive to what you do best and the three girls are smart in their own ways. So I resent that both Brooke and Peyton are being compared when it comes to their 'smarts' because it just can't be compared in the first place.

Sure, Brooke gets the wrong references when it comes to literature (Watson=Witson, lol) but she's clever in designing and social graces as Peyton is clever with art and music. So if there are any Brooke haters and Peyton haters present, settle down. :D

Now I think Peyton wasn't a dumb blonde in the ep; she was just being the typical image of a blonde back in that time: repressed, lonely but possesses a pure heart. She sort of reminds me of Marilyn Monroe in that light which was convincing and suitable for her somehow. I like how sweet she is, twirling around, wanting to be free. She seems genuinely naive in a sense that she desires happiness like it's just a mile away. Meanwhile, Brooke (not a slut and a bitch in this ep or in the original OTH either unless you count s1 but even then she was just misunderstood) is portrayed as the girl who is making ends meet with her talent but she is being taken advantage of by a bad guy (love Dan Scott in this one, haven't been seeing him being the asshole in a long time). And his hate-chemistry with Haley is spot-on since in the original OTH, they do resent each other back in the early seasons.

My favorite would be Haley and Mouth's roles. I like that Nathan was the one who is unpopular and Haley is. It was in reverse and it was cute...and plus the Naley scenes were homely and simple therefore noteworthy because you can't be disappointed with good ol' Naley! <3 Haley just shines here, her song number was terrific. Mouth is charming, simply charming!~
