Haha this is probably the first question i asked/posted when i first joined or at lease i think it was. Mann that was a long time ago..lol Anyways not sure who i'll root for; most likely i'll still be a LP fan. So if sophia played peyton, then i think i'll still be a LP fan or maybe i would just stick to CH so if hil was brooke than just maybe i'll root for LB. But I don't know, to me it just kind of depends on how everything will be played out.

Well that would mean a whole different spin on things. Maybe Hilarie and Chad would have gotten married and then maybe we could be looking at a whole 'Brooke' still in love with Lucas and 'Peyton' would be a fashion designer instead of a music exec. It wouldn't be right.

I dont know because it would be diffrent if sophia played peyton because they wouldnt have the connection that hilarie and chad have when they act (expecialy becuase sophie and chad broke up) and i dont think brooke could ever pull fo a peyton and i dont think peyton could pull of a brooke, they are all their own characters

Yes! I love both Sophia and Hilarie. They are both really good actresses and they seem to have a great personality. Even if Sophia played Peyton I would still admire Hilarie the same way I admire her right now.

I love sophia and if she played peyton then i would still love sophia bush. but for the shippings idk i would have to see. =]

I really love Hilarie though but in the end I`m a fan of the story.

when i started watching it i didnt know sophia or hilarie so yerr! though im not sure whether sophia could pull off a peyton :S - sophia doesnt have that tortured thing hilarie does lol. :)

my favourite character would probably be different - couple shipping would stay the same - its not hard for my fav character to change - 1.peyton,2.brooke - so they could easily swap! depends on how they would play the character!

My answer is yeah I would, but it's because of the actress...I am suuuuch a Leyton fan, but I am aware of and sooooo jealous of Brucas' chemistry, so yea if sophia was peyton I'd totally be still rooting for Leyton, probably more...

i don't know because i like both of the actresses(i think sophia is better though)and i love brookes character and i hate peytons so i would have to see

I've thought about this before and if sophia played peyton as good as hilarie and vice versa, I'd probably still root for leyton. for me, it's the storyline and the connection leyton shares more than my fav actress/look of a couple.

Yeah. I might be Brucas, but unlike some other people i don't hate Peyton.

just think all you brucasers that complain abou hil/chads chemistry would be different!! cause it would be soph/chad for leyton! i think more brucasers would turn leyton! leytoners would probably stay the same!! - but ive gotta say i love the way things are now with hil being peyton and soph being brooke!!!

it definatly how the actresses make the characters if they played different characterss then the characters personalities would be different.

well lizisme i'm thinking like that too except i hate brooke's character and i love peytons...i'm having a hard time picturing them playing opposite roles though lol

In S1, the only female actress I knew was Sophia Bush but I didn't root for Brooke & Lucas. I have never heard of Hilarie Burton & Bethany Joy but I rooted for them from the start. I'm not influenced by who play the actress but by the character and their story ie. Peyton & Haley.

But then Leyton or Brucas it depends. I love Leyton's lovestory and everything but I also love the connection and chemistry there was in the pilot between Hilarie & Chad. If that connection wasn't there maybe I would be a Brucas fan.
