Okay, so Nathan and summer are a lot a like (besides their genders and all that), and Seth and Haley are a lot alike (besides genders and stuff).
Nathan and Summer were both popular, good-looking, sexy, talented and mean and insulting people who drank a lot and partied and weren't very sensitive or kind.
Seth and Haley were these too dorky, corky, funny, cute, good-looking, sarcastic, nerdy kids who fell for the popular kids and then summer and nathan started to become better people when with Haley and Seth.
But, Seth and Haley both went away at one point during the seasons after nathan/haley and seth and summer had already been in love, and when they left they left Summer and nathan heart-broken.
And when they came back they had to fight for Nathan/Summer and eventually they forgave them and the two adorable couples were back together.
And Seth and Summer and Nathan and Haley all got married.
Plus they all have true love and love each other a bunch<3
Of course their stories aren't exactly the same but they have a lot of similarites.

Leyton is more like and Ryan and Marissa
and Brucas I don't know...maybe Anna and Seth? i can't find another couple like Brucas

Definitely not at all lookwise but because the other couples have so much drama and love triangle crap and Summer and Seth and Nathan and Haley don't.

well, technically, seth and summer were not similar to any of these couples as individuals. but seth and summer were so alike in personality. so that's how I linked them to leyton: leyton are so alike in personality (S&S both watched the same TV shows, both had named toy pets captain oats & princess sparkle I think, lol, shared the same sarcastic funny wit; LP both share their love for music and share eachother's pain from similar circumstances. They're both into the arts & "brood together"). Luke liked Peyton who didn't even have him on her radar for years. Seth liked Summer who didn't have him on her radar for years. Both boys were afraid to ask "The Girl" out, but finally worked up the nerve to spill the hearts at a party. When Seth and Summer dated other ppl, their spouses always saw the seth and summer had never gotten over each other. When Leyton dated other ppl, the same problems arose with their spouses. Seth proposed to summer who was not yet ready. Luke proposed to Peyton, who was not yet ready. I'm not saying leyton didn't have differences to S&S, but out of the three options, I'd say leyton's the closest. In the end, seth and summer found their way back. I'm hoping leyton shares the same fate.
