Bringing pinguïn Back is... well, back. Buuuuuuuuuuuut with one big catch. 

Now depending on your point of view, this could either be a good thing or a bad thing.

We've got forums and a photo gallery, where you can make topics, post stories, and have your own albums for your art.

That and each person has their own little profile page. You can comment on each others page and send each other Private messages, create 'about me's, have signatures for the forums, etc. It's a little nifty if I do say so myself.

But best of all? The rules have basically been cut in half.

I'd like it to be connected to fanpop still, though, so I'm making a 'me' club and you'll be able to find the link there whenever you wish. I'll also put updates there as well.
