Chapter 3
The sunlight crept in through the window. Waking up two lazy lovers from their sleep. When they hear a cry from another room…
“I’ll take care of it.” He zei as he sluggishly heads towards the cry.
-Enters other Room-
“Hey little girl. What’s the matter?” he asks as he picks up his daughter and cradles her in his arms. She seamlessly stops crying.
“I guess that is all she wanted was her daddy.” He heard from a voice coming behind him.
At that moment it looked like the picture perfect family. u know the one u would see when u go but picture frames. They would be the picture that comes with the frame.
Then this happened…
“Peyton are u sure this is what u want?”
“ Jake do u even have to ask?”
“We are so young and I already have a daughter…”
“There is nothing I would want more.”
They smiled at each other, shared a quick kiss, and then put Jenny down,
Jake couldn’t stand how Peyton could look so good after just waking up.
“How about I make breakfast?” Peyton asked.
“Oh and now she cooks,,. Man am I in trouble.” Jake thought to himself.
“Ok but no pannekoeken, pannenkoeken last time u made those...”
She playfully smacked him in the stomach. “That is so not funny!”
“Actually it is” They both began laughing and headed to the kitchen.
She ended up making French toast. They sat around being very playful and laughing uncontrollably.
Peyton started squeezing half of the bottle of syrup on her plate.
“Really?”
“What?”
“Want a little French geroosterd brood, toast with your syrup?”
“ Shut Up!” she zei playful and giggling.
Then everything got quiet.
“When u asked me earlier if it was what I wanted…” her voice began to back off.
Jake gave a wondering look.
“Are u sure it is what u want Jake?”
He paused and that worried Peyton little. He should be able to just say yes. Say that this is everything he ever wanted and more. That he was happy it was with her. At least say he is relieved that his psycho ex Nikki doesn’t need to get involved. Just say something!
“Yes Peyton I just don’t want either one of us to have regrets later. I have to think about Jenny. If something happens I have to think how she would take it. Would she be ok?”
“I know this. I am thinking about Jenny too. I love that girl.”
“I know u do.”
“Well then so is it official?”
“Not yet a few meer things need to be taken care of.”
“I have an idea. Lets take Jenny to the park today.”
“Once she wakes up I will get her ready.”
As he was finishing that sentence he heard a noise come from Jenny’s room.
“I think she heard the plan,”
“Next time maybe we should spell it.”
“ I don’t know if that will.” They both laughed and headed off in different directions to begin getting ready for the day.
~ A few hours later~
Jenny is running full speed ahead towards the swings. Jake and Peyton were trying so hard to keep up with her.
“Ok that little girl can run.”
“ How sad does that make us look?”
They pondered that for a moment. Then they finally made it to the swings.
“Daddy schommel, swing with me.” Jenny asked as she made the puppy dog pout.
“Now, How can I say no to that?!” He took the empty schommel, swing volgende to her and they began to have the who can go the highest competition. Peyton stood back knowing that it could become dangerous.
“ I made the right decision.” She told herself. This is what she wanted. She felt so guilty for being happy. Every time she thought of how her friend Brooke was unhappy with her life, she wished there was something she could do. Little did she know someone else already had a plan up their sleeves.
...And when Mark made Jeyton proclaim love to each other before the glass, he wasn't making fools out of us. He really wrote this couple at its finest.
