now this I know meer about lol I have had my tongue pieced for about 2 years now and I tell u it didn't hurt it felt like getting a shot then it over a little bleeding swelling for maybe a week then all better.

eating was the hardest I had to cut my food into small bites and place it on the back of my teeth to eat but after the swelling I was able to eat normally

after about 6 weeks I was able to take it out and change it myself very easy I have had no issues with it at all except for biting it every now and then lol

heres a guide to help anyone who has had of is thinking about getting theirs done I hope this helps.

I for one haven't had my lip done and I doubt that I will I mean I have nothing against it but its not me.

they look really cool on some people and they have some really cool rings and jewelry to go with it bit I heard that its painful as hell.

but im posting this guide for anyone who has/hasn't have it done and wants to lean a bit about it, I use to work at a tattoo and piercing koop and im still learning on it

I like the small ones under the lip rather then the ones on the lip meer im not sure why lol

but heres a cleaning guide full with step door step instructions and foto's I hope this helps.
