Chapter 5-2: Double Battle Trouble!
"Well, today's the day!" May said. "I'm going to win the first time in Sinnoh."
"You will have to get through me, first!" Dawn replied.
"As for me, I think I will challenge the Canalave Gym." I said.
"I thought u were coming to the contest, door the way, can I borrow your Aron?." Dawn asked.
"I was, then I heard of the Canalave City Gym, and yes, u can use it." I answered.
"The Gym here uses Steel-types, which have high defense." Max added.
"So what if they have high defense stats." I replied.

At the Gym, during the contest.

"Well, here we are." I zei nervously.
"I want to ask u something." Max said.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Is Dawn your girlfriend?" Max asked.
"Max! u better be glad there are cameras around the Gym!" I answered.
"I take that as a 'no'." Max replied.
"Lets just go in." I said.

"HELLO! ANYONE HERE?" I zei loudly.
"Geez, u are louder than a Loudred!" Max replied. If he thought that was loud, he never heard the Gym Leader.
"YOU MUST BE THE CHALLENGER!" Someone screamed.
"Of course I am." I replied.
"Prepare for trouble!" The "Gym Leader" said.
"I know that voice." I said.
"Yea, we know the motto." Max said.
"Team Rocket!" I said.
"You know us as Team Rocket and we fight for what is wrong, we're tired of our motto, so we thought we'd try a song!" Jessie and James started at the same time.
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"The speed of light, prepare to fight!" Jessie continued.
"Meowth, that's right..."
"I am the handsome one..." James sang.
"I'm the gorgeous one..." Jessie continued.
"Looking good is lots of fun! We get some things wrong, but we keep rolling along!" They finished.
"I don't know if that was better of worse than the motto." I asked.
"TEAM ROCKET'S BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" They screamed loudly.
"That was weird, normally, they stay longer. Wonder why that happened?" Max asked. The vraag was answered shortly. The cause of Team Rocket blasting off was the Canalave City Gym Leader, Byron!
"ARE u THE CHALLENGER?" Byron asked.
"Yes, I am." I answered. However, the gym was a 3 on 3 challenge, I only had 2.
"I guess u won't be getting the Mine Badge soon." Max zei as we walked to the Contest Hall.
"I won!" Dawn zei as she came running at us, like a Rhyhorn. "How did the Gym Battle go?"
"I couldn't, I was one pokemon short." I answered.
"Things didn't go that way for me! Look, this is the Ribbon I got for winning!" Dawn replied, then kissed me.
"What did I tell you, they like each other." Max said.
"YOU TWERP! I TOLD u NOT TO SAY ANYTHING!" I zei and started to chase Max in circles.
"That's how I feel sometimes." May said.
"What should this ship be called, Sinnoh-Shipping?" Ash joked.
And so, as I chase Max in circles, it is a bitter-sweet moment in Canalave City. Now, it's off to Oreburgh Town, for my first real Gym Battle! But, we are being watched secretly door someone, of something!
