Chapter 5-3: A Unfortunate Cacturne Of Events!

After Dawn's first contest win, we are all heading to Oreburgh Town, site of my first official Gym Battle! Again, we encountered Team Rocket, but they didn't look like Jessie of James. Who were they?


"Prepare for trouble and make it double!" Someone said.
"To infect the world with devastation" Someone else said.
"Look James, it's goody-two-shoes Cassidy!" Jessie said.
"And twerpish Botch!" James added.
"MY NAME IS BUTCH!" One of the other Rockets said.
"Jessie, James, do u know who these two are?" I asked.
"Yea, we know them too well! They are Botch..." James answered.
"THE NAME IS BUTCH!" Butch said.
"And Cassidy, Jessie's rival." James finished.
"We have no use for u fools, we are going after strong Pokemon." Butch said.
"And I know none of u have any, especially Jessie." Cassidy added.
"YOU WANT A FIGHT? u GOT A FIGHT!" Jessie zei chasing after "Neo" Team Rocket.
"Well, no matter who the Rocket members are, they are all dim-witted." Max said.
"Let's get going, Team Rocket never waits long before returning." May said. So, we all continued on to Oreburgh Town, but the entrance to Oreburgh Tunnel was blocked door a group of some Pokemon.
"What are those things?" Dawn asked.
"They are Cacturne, a Scarecrow Pokemon. Cacturne is the evolved form of Cacnea. During the daytime, Cacturne remain unmoving so it doesn't lose any moisture to the desert sun, it becomes active at night when the temperature drops." Max answered.
"Why are they all standing here, this is not a desert?" I asked.
"Maybe it has something about those new Rockets?" May guessed.
"Cacturne, please move, we need to get through." Ash said.
"Talking to them isn't going to do anything. Nuzleaf! Use Tackle attack!" I said. Nuzleaf hit one of the Cacturne, but it had too high of a defense stat. Another Cacturne used Pin Missle and
sent Nuzleaf flying. "Nuzleaf, return."
"Listen up, u want those Cacturne removed?" Someone exclaimed.
"Uh, Team Rocket is back!" Max said.
"We are here to steal the Cacturne!" James said.
"These Cacturne belong in the wild!" Ash exclaimed.
"If Jessie, James, and Meowth take the Cacturne, we can go through!" I replied.
"They finally want to help, how many years have they been doing this?" Max asked. A Cacturne used Pin Missle and sent Team Rocket blasting off again.
"The one time we need them, they mess up again!" May said.
"Starly! Use Aerial Ace!" Dawn said.
"Cacturne! Needle Arm!" Someone said. The Cacturne weren't wild, a Trainer had already caught them! The Trainer's name was Branden, he was going to challenge the Oreburgh Town Gym.
"Thank for getting rid of the Cacturne, we were going to Oreburgh Town." Max said.
"These are my pokemon, I trained them from Cacnea." Branden said.
"Cacturne are gras type, they have a good advantage against Rock type." Max replied.

And so, the Cacturne have been moved, door their Trainer! Allowing the team to verplaats along! Now, it's into the Oreburgh Tunnel, to the first Gym Battle! But there is some suspicious activity going on...

"When those twerps get to the Gym, we will steal the Gym Leader's and twerp's pokemon!" Jessie said.
"Won't the "Team Twerp" leader's Pikachu send us blasting off again?" James replied.
"I wish I was a normal Meowth!" Meowth added.
