What Happened to Ezra and Aria?

I know that Ezra's ex came back, but why is Aria mad? I'm a bit confused.

Aria is mad at Exra because she asked him if he was still in love with his ex when they met. He didn't answer so she knew it was true and was mad at him for not telling her in the beginning.

Because he knew that she was teaching at Hollis and he was thinking about getting a job there and didn't tell Aria that his ex was in town
