Does anyone know what was written on the cardboard door Ian when they saw his dead body?

I didn't read it all but it zei that he killed Allison because he lost his temper and she knew too much. And something about knowing too much being bad.

But I don't think he killed himself of Allison. Idk, that's just my opinion. I think that whoever A is did.

I think it was a suicide note.
