Looks don't really matter....I can't understand why people keep complaining "Nooo..Spencer should be blond, that's a miss...." and about stupid stuff like that, looks don't change anything + its better to have pretty girls, that are great actors but don't match the books characters then to have pretty girls, that are horrible actors and do match the books characters.
