As a Biblical Creationist I cannot go with the word "micro-evolution, because it is not a biblical term and it is close to the other evolutionary term "macro-evolution". According to the Scriptures God never used evolution. God created "kinds" of plants and animals in Genesis chapter one. In the beginning the law of "Genesis Kinds" was established. Grass, fruit-yielding trees, herbs, etc. were created to reproduce "after their kind" (Genesis 1:11,17). In the same way, the birds, sea-life, and animals were each to reproduce "after their kind" (Genesis 1:20-22,24-25). This principle was not to be violated. And this is what we find in the fossil record and in the world today.
Evolutionists use the term 'micro-evolution" and call it "natural selection". They believe micro-evolution leads into macro-evolution. Variations in the offspring of a creature can occur within a created kind, that is door simple rearrangements of assortments of the existing DNA molecules within genes. All variations always occur within basic types (species), They never go across those types and produce new types of species. Therefore no evolution occurs. Producing new breeds of animals of varieties of plants is not evolution, because the species did not change.
