If u mean,leaving a club,you just go to the club part on your profiel and press the meer clubs button.You'll see your clubs in a list.You zoek for the club u wanna leave and click the unsubscribe button
If u mean actually wis a club,I think the best way to do it is to meld it to the fanpop creators.

it's not actually an unsubscribe button it's an "x" on the top, boven right corner of the club name. just hover your pointer over it and you'll see it.
