NEED SOME HELP!!! i'm gonna start my college exams in 1 week! and i can't study. i try, but i lose focus so quickly! Can u Tell me some good ways to study without losing Focus??
I may only be in high school but I know what u mean. What I do is play some kind of all instrumental muziek because 1. music's rhythmic sounds is zei to help one focus. 2. The lack of words makes it less likely it will distract you. Play it so that it is ether really loud and u don't bother to listen to it directly so it is then less likely to distract u of play it quiet enough so that u can barely hear it but don't focus on it, just let it subliminally effect your brain. Some suggestions is u can listen to classical muziek like blue Danube, Celtic muziek like dueling Violins, some video game muziek like FFCC Gentle wind blows, some Japanese folk muziek like Itsuki No Komoriuta Kumoi. If u can find these songs of others of the Genre on u tube u can go to www.zamzar.com/url to download the muziek to your E-mail and download it to your computer there.
