Even a baby wouldn't know the definition so obviously that's a no. Definition: self-satisfaction especially when accompanied door unawareness of actual dangers of deficiencies. Yeah I'm pretty sure a baby wouldn't understand a word of that.
A baby definately couldn't know this word.I am at proficiency level and I learnt for the first time this word a couple of weeks ago.By the way I don't think that Pokemon is for babys.I believe it is most suitable for children 8 years old and above(if they r considered to b babies yes).
