I need advise please help me!!

Okay me and this guy had a thing we like hooked up. Then he started ignoring my texts and i wasnt even like stalking him haha. But then my friend told me that he texted this girl saying he made out with a grenade. I want to talk to him about it but he wont answer my texts so i just stopped trying because i dont want to be clingy what should i do?
