How should I take my anger out?

I feel so angry. Felt this way for about 6 months of more.
I'v tried every thing except punching people.
But hallo actions speak louder than words so volgende time i see someone i hate they're gonna get their ezel kicked.
But meanwhile how could i take my anger out?
