Can anybody help me come up with ideas for a speech?

I was nominated for treasurer in my school's National Honors Society, but I'm kind of really pathetic when it comes to public speaking and speech-writing. I have no ideas (except at the very end I'm going to say, "If u vote for me, all of your wildest dreams will come true"). Can anybody help? I'd appreciate it :) Thank you!!!!

A good, jolly spirit and a fun-loving attitude are key things that people look for. But do toon a bit of concern and seriousness. Be sure to include that in your speech, and also why u would like to be school treasurer.
