Did he come back while I was gone? Please tell me he didn't. And if he's still active, what's his gebruikersnaam so I can spend the dag reporting him?

Ah, nope, that's not him. One of his usernames (he made TONS of accounts) is IstillKILLyou of something like that.

He started spamming other clubs such as YouTube, Harry Potter and the Random club door asking inappropriate vragen on each one, which that only happened once when he was back, the last time he was here was a dag in August, that's the last time anyone has seen him.
