Find stuff to look vooruit, voorwaarts to at the end of the day, even the small stuff like getting into your bed at the end of a long day, of eating a chocolate of seeing someone.

It has to be stuff u find enjoyable. Then when something slightly bigger happens u perceive it to be even larger of meer exciting. You'll get happier, trust me.

My mom is someone very high in a company so my family is always traveling. And because of that I sometimes have to do online school. This doesn't really give u a lot of time to make your mark anywhere, so I often just withdraw from the world.

To get out of my funk I always take a new project of create a knew skill. Right now i'm an amateur choreographer, tatoo artist, cartoonist, sculpter, singer, actress, and video game programmer. I'm also writing four books, two plays, 3 possible t.v. Shows, a movie, and countless songs.

I just let my life change as my passions do. And honestly I believe that that is the best way to live..

And everyone calls it suicidal and risky so maybe don't follow my examples but I like to live on the edge. When i'm bored I go out and walk my dog with no jas in the rain. If it really hot outside I walk barefoot. Maybe i'm depressed? I take a nap in the middle of the road. If I feel powerless I take my dad's gun and shoot it at a uithangbord in my backyard. If I feel fat I pull on a cami and shorts and sit outside. If I feel happy I make myself dizzy and dive in a pool of try and swim out as far as I can in thw ocean.

At the end of the dag i'm always looking for new experiences.

Yes indeed I do. Stay away from technology. Get outside. Read a book. Aim to learn something new everyday. And do something you've never done before everyday. I dunno, just try and make today different from yesterday. Try and be better than the u u were yesterday. But things tend to work themselves out anyway, so don't panic just yet. Hope u feel better soon. :)
