here's the recipe of the koekje, cupcake

What we need:
koekje, cupcake (chocolate)
icing (white) of (blue)
Mentos
shredded coconut
blue food coloring
Fondant (black)
chocochip koekjes, cookies :D
how to make:
First u need u food coloring and and your shredded coconut. u are going to but the shredded coconut in a bowl.Then u get food coloring and u put 5-10 drops of blue in your bowl.Now mix with u hands! Put icing on your chocolate cupcake. Dip it into the bowl. Now u have the skin color! Get your mentos and and put it on the cookie. u want the mentos to be the the eyes. Now u get your fondant and roll tiny balls and put it on u eyes . GOGGLY EYES! Break a cookie in half and shove it in the koekje, cupcake AT THE BOTTOM. Now u have a cookie monster cupcake!
