Watch a movie, take it off your mind, read a book, meditate, deep breaths, listen to music, Do something that u enjoy.

Hun, it will be ok. :) I've had 2 root canals before. It doesn't hurt 'cause the Doctor numbs your tooth first! u won't feel it! Tell the Doc that you're very nervous and he will help u in some way.
