A little help please?

I am VERY flexible but the one thing I can't seem to do, is handstand into the crab...Can u help me achieve my goal please???

yeah i know what u are talking about.. its easy. All u do is.. holds your arms up,kick and step then go into your handstand and go over into your bridge then stand up..
