Does Fanpop own Stuffpoint?

I dont know if anyone has asked but ill do it anyways.

Today i signed up at this site called stuffpoint.com, first everything was chill and fine but as i went through the website something caught me, it looked a lot like fanpop. In fact too much like Fanpop, only the diffrence is that there are less people and u can earn points to buy membership and stuff. I am realy confused right now, is it just stuffpoint that is a HUGE copycat of does the company for fanpop in any way own stuffpoint?

I would love to receive a answer.

Ps. Partly i also wrote this because its kind of quiet there (since everyone there are kiddos that stardoll-stuff and only chats in the stardoll club) so it would just be a bonus if u could accompany me there of something xD My gebruikersnaam is AyumiAyakura there.
