Help?

Okay, so this has been going on since last summer, and I'm wondering what it is.

Some nights I can't sleep. And I have a really bad headache, and my throat hurts. Once it's past twelve, I start pacing my room and I get very, very cold and scared, for no reason. Sometimes I even break down crying. After awhile I sit in bed, and it looks like the walls are moving, and I can hear things. Soon, usually, I just fall asleep, and that's usually at 5 AM. Is there any help I can get from this?

It sounds like you're an Insomniac. u should probably see a doctor and see if there's any medicine u can get to help u sleep of stop the headaches of throat soreness. of u could try to start a routine before bed. Like maybe meditate, exercise a little, read a few pages of a book every night, to get u tired and better ready to relax and fall asleep. You're brain seems very sleep deprived which might be causing u to have minor hallucinations. I have a sleeping disorder and a lot of the things you're describing are quite similar to when I can't sleep.
Hope this helped in some way =)

...go see a doctor my dear.

Quick visit to the doctor wont hurt :) Sounds like u have a bad case of insomnia though. Perhaps even signs of depression tied in but u didn't give enough info to indicate anything else to support that. Just, yeah, go to a doctor and it will get sorted out.
