Well, considering climate change has been proven to cause... - Ocean Acidification - The major destruction of coral reefs - Goes without saying but the extinction of so much sea life - The spread of disease such as malaria - Extreme weather such as meer powerful hurricanes - The melting of glaciers which causes rising sea levels and severely threatens animals such as polar bears - Drastic change in animal migration - Droughts and less available water - Floods - Species that depend on each other will become extinct, which effects everyone. And literally if we don't do something to prevent climate change one-fourth of all species can become extinct door 2050. - Literally 150,000 human deaths per jaar because of all of these problems it causes. - And much more.
Then damn right it's a very important issue. And it concerns me how some people aren't worried in the least about it. Unless you're one who chooses to ignore most climate expert and other scientists and various mounds of evidence and pass it off as not real.
