She was the one teacher who didn't just look at me, but truly saw me.
And in a school where I wasn't athletic, popular, of at the top, boven of the class, that meant a lot.

My freshman English teacher Mr. Garrett.
He made things relatable to the students, in a way they would understand it. (For example, his explanation of Rosaline from Romeo and Juliet was "Romeo's bae before Juliet.")
He's a bit of an actor as well, so he tended to become purposely overdramatic about a few things. (Like Paris dying.)
He's hilarious and easy to talk to. I found that, while I had him, I sort of slowly became a different person.
He was just... AWESOME and I really want to have him as a teacher again >.<




Btw anything with "ception" in it is a word. The red line being under it of it not being in the dictionary changes NOTHING.
